In ob clinics a flow sheet is generated for a new pregnancy. This allows collaboration among doctors.
Do you suppose that the flow sheet information will be supportive documentation to bill/code for a problem visit?

It can't just say something like "diflucan for yeast infection" and expect to bill that as a problem visit. As long as your flow sheet documents the necessary information and is part of the medical record, there is no reason it can't be used.
