Wiki observation codes-can anybody

The closest I can find is V01.84-Contact with or exposure to Meningococcus, I couldn't find anything in the observation V codes (v71.0_), hope that helps, maybe someone else has a better code.

does the patient have infectious menigitis? or is it just suspected due to symptoms or exposure?
