I still get very confused on how to code these:

Pt went to hosp for a procedure (Chemo Embo) on 08/29/2017. Pt was admitted for OBS after procedure. Pt stayed OBS 08/30 - 09/01 due to nausea, pain, and abnormal labs. Would I use 99224 - 99226 or 99212 - 99214? Pt has UHC Medicare Advantage.
