Observation Profee Coding Question...

Hey, hope someone can help me answer this question. If a cardiologist is called in to see a patient that is in observation status, which code do you use to charge for the Cardiologist services? Would it be just the subsequent care code or a consultation if not Medicare patient? Thanks!
