The biopsy confirmed breast cancer in left axillary lymph node ER - but, the cancer is occult
Per DR note....occult left breast primary and clinical N1 disease, ER/PR negative and HER2/neu nonamplified

Per path....Ultrasound-guided biopsy of palpable left axillary node showed poorly differentiated carcinoma, ER/PR negative, HER2/neu nonamplified, likely from a breast primary.

code unknown primary C80.1 or malignant neoplasm of left breast unspecified site C50.912.
