Hi All,
Can anyone help me with the CPT codes that should be used for Occupational Health billing? I know that the basic E + M 99201-99215 may be used but I'm wondering if there are specific CPT codes that can be used for pre-employment testing, return to work physicals and fit for duty physicals when provided in an Occupational Health clinic setting? Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
