Does anyone know of any available, reliable resources for coding and billing Occupational Medicine services? Things like DOT, Merchant Mariner and pre-employment physicals, OSHA Questionnaires/reviews for respirators, when can you bill for using Ishihara color plates as part of a physical exam, etc.? Every extra resource helps. Appreciate anything that can be offered. Thanks!
