Wiki Occupational Therapy Denial

Good morning,

I have a claim that was billed on 9/30/15...the day before October 1, 2015. The code with the denial is modifier is invalid on date of service. The codes billed were 21930 GO and 97003 GO.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

I assume 21930 is a typo as its a surgery code and not a therapy code?
