Hello,
Was looking to see if anyone might have a link to therapy billing guidelines for BCBS/BCN, we seem to be having an issue getting all CPT codes paid. The never pay 97110 or 97022 when billed together and will only pay for 97530 or 97140 seperate but not together. We cannot be the only therapy office having issues with this? When we call for clarification the reps are less than helpful, but have noted it is a contract issue, so we reveiewed contract, nothing noted, rep also stated therapeutic services are paid based on set dollar amount rather than units or CPTs bille.
