Hi,
Was looking for the Occurrence Codes and cannot seem to find them. Can someone guide me to where or in which book they are located. I still have the 2014 books. Thanks so much, AF

Occurrence codes are used on a Facility claim and are found at the CMS website or the UB -04 billing manual. Are you wanting occur acne codes or external cause codes.
