My provider is asking me how to code an OPEN ocd lesion surgery. I double checked with him to see what type of graft he will be using to fill the void after the excision of the lesion and it will be an allograft so I am looking at 28103

He then says he is also planning on doing an excision of microfracture fragment so I am leaning to the 28445 but he is questioning if 27700 would be appropriate

Any help would be awesome
