Hello,

I'm in a small office and am kind of on my own for figuring out rules, etc. So I'm trying to find out when the new forms are out in April, how many dx will be accepted? Right now there is only space for 4 and the new ones have space for 12. Will payers accept 12?

Thanks!

well i believe its really for more descriptive information... so in other words if patient fell while riding his bike and landed on a bench hitting his head the ICD-10 rules are to give more info. on the claim... so if its straight foward dx code that would be fine like cough if thats all you have thats all you can report.
