Wiki Office based facility billing

I have a pain management office that I just started billing for. He is saying that his previous office billed for a "facility" for the separate office "room" that they are using for the higher end procedures. He said that there was a different "POS" that was used. I cannot find anything that would fit an office billing as a facility.
Any help would be appreciated
