Wiki office e&m / inpatient hosptal visit the same day

My provider provided e&m(99201-99215) in the office i.e. 11 pos one the same day, the ptient's condition worsened that and ambulance get patient to the hospital, the same day provider visited patient in the hospital i.e. 21 pos and made the appropriate service (99221-9933) the same date. how to bill the oupatient/office visit and inpatient hospital visit?:confused:

You only bill the inpatient visit - see the guidelines on the bottom right of page 15, in the CPT manual (Under "Initial Hospital Care"), for more info...
