Wiki Office procedure and Hospital Admit

Patient came in during the morning and had a PC removal (35689). She was in a global for the PC Insert but had to have it removed for complications. She returned to office that afternoon for bleeding complications to the removal area and had to be admitted to the hospital that same day. How do I code for the procedure and the admit? Thanks for the help.
