Ex: can you bill 93306 26 and 93306 tc on same claim or does it have to be just the 93306? Its really for a report that is run each month to divide the doctors bonus check. they were wanting to separate it into the two codes. I don't think that is possible. Any opinions or guidance is appreciated.
 
is the same provider doing the service? Does he own the equipment?

If the answer is yes to both then you can not separate the code it must be billed as the complete code

If the one provider is doing the service and another provider is doing the interpretation then the code can be split but would be 2 claims-one for each provider.
