One pcp in office saw patient for chronic issues; another pcp in same office performed major joint injection on same patient at same visit. How do I bill?
 
If the doctors are in the same practice group with the same tax# and same specialty, then the E&M visit will simply need the 25 modifier applied to it.

What if the pcp seeing for same issue and refers to specialist in office for injection but have different tax id but same location address?
