If we bill for our surgeon to see a patient at a hospital facility with 99212 for our visit. Does it seem a bit much for the facility charge to be in excess of $300.00 to $400.00 for the facility fee?

Please just let me know.

Thank you for your response. I am just not that familiar with the hospital side of things and this helps me clear that up.
