I will be conducting my first ever audit review of office visit coding for a podiatric practice that we manage...I am concerned about the "exam" component...for anyone who has done this : did you use the 95 or 97 guidelines and why...I am concerned with protecting the client of course but also trying to show them they should not shy away from the 14 level if appropriate.
