Hey there
I am new in the Ophthalmology coding world, as well as my other coder in office. We are wondering if we need to add a 25 modifier to a 92004 and 92015 visit? Any help/suggestions you can give us in learning this specialty would be greatly appreciated.

If you're asking if you need to use the 25 modifier on the 92004 in order to also bill the 92015, which hardly any insurers pay for, the answer is no you don't.
