wouldn't that be considered part of the global? (day of day before surgery)? what makes him think he can do that, or why does he even want to? is it something "out of the global"?

We are on the Titanic!!! he feels that because he listens to their heart and lungs that he can charge for this.

good luck to that ! (he can't) it'll be denied if it's billed (at least it should be) AND it's going to send up red flags if it continues to be coded when it shouldn't be! ... you know, the Titanic wasn't a good ship to be on
