Wiki Ohio Medicaid Modifier-GYN

I have a claim that keeps denying with Ohio Medicaid. It is for a Paragard ( IUD) insertion. They are looking for a specific modifier. The previous IUD was removed 18 months ago so the patient could conceive. She has since given birth and this is a new IUD. Any suggestions? Thank you!
