I am needing information on if it is a coders right-to-know if they are coding for a facility that has an OIG/HHS compliance agreement? Five year compliance agreement of daily audits were put in place due to a Medicare fraud settlement. Is this a coders right to know if they are coding for a facility with such agreement?

It's public information - anyone can look on the OIG website and see what providers/facilities are under compliance plans.
