I have a Providers office that called me and said they are having trouble getting paid by Oklahoma Medicaid for Immunization Administrations. Can anyone provide me with the Administration codes that they should be using with Child Immunizations?

Oklahoma Medicaid uses the following codes
90471- 1-4 immunizations
90472 - 5+ immunizations

So if the have 5 immunizations
90471 x's 4
90472 x's 1
