I have a Providers office that called me and said they are having trouble getting paid by Oklahoma Medicaid for Immunization Administrations. Can anyone provide me with the Administration codes that they should be using with Child Immunizations?

For OK Medicaid you would only bill the 90460 with the number of vaccines given. Medicaid did away with 90461 several years ago. If no counseling is done then bill the 90471 and 90472 as normal was how OHCA explained to me to do it.

Pull fee schedule and you will find that the 90461 is not listed.
