Oncocytic cyst

I am stumped on this one. All I have is a path report, no access to the operative report. Preprocedure diagnosis from performing MD is "gingivolabial sulcus neoplasm," and the path came back with "oncocytic cyst with abscess, negative for carcinoma."

I am not finding anything on the oncocytic cyst. Can anyone help?
