What is the correct code to use for oncologic breast reconstruction following mastectomy for breast cancer using an inferior central pedicle breast reduction technique in 2021? We had previously used CPT 19366, now a deleted code. An equalizing reduction was performed on the other breast and Medicare is denying bilateral breast reduction CPT code 19318.
