What is a good billing reference for medical oncology? My DON in our infusion center has a very old copy of ASCO's billing guide. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for updated information that she could use. She wants something specific to medical oncology that references the CPT and ICD-10 codes. I'm not sure what all was included in the manual she had.
