I am trying to figure out if I bill for 96416 init of pump for prolonged chemotherapy do i bill for the pump eo781 . Having trouble with payers:eek:
 
If you are not using your own pump, but are going through a DME company for that, then you should just bill for the services provided by your office: 96416 for the pump initiation and then the 96521 for the pump disconnect.
