Does anyone use code 19366 for an oncoplastic breast reduction? I'm torn between 19366 and 19318. I read somewhere but can't locate it that an oncoplastic breast reduction is just a "glamorous" breast reduction code 19318 in a cancer patient. Thanks!
 
I have only used 19318 for the oncoplastic breast reduction. It is a breast reduction. The only difference is that another surgeon first operates to remove the cancer.
