I was wondering what ICD 10 would be appropriate to demonstrate medical necessity for an oncoplastic reconstruction for a patient who presents with benign condition such as breast fibroadenoma.

Has anyone received reimbursement for this procedure and diagnosis?

Fibroadenomas can be 'clinically concerning due to size, growth pain, etc. ' as I have read in clinical journals. I was curious if anyone has submitted to insurance this combination?

Any information would be greatly appreciated!
