One tough case Pharyngoscopy...

Hello much help is needed for this case, all insight would be great.
Physician did a pharyngoscopy with foreign body removal. A 1-cm incision was made in the neck above the spit fistula with insertion of a stent through the spit fistula. The patient is an adult.
