This is a little new to me so I am looking for a little assistance if anyone can offer. We are now billing outpatient radiation and I am a little confused.
Do i use both a 59 and TC modifier when billing 77290, 77333, and 77334?
That is my take on the information i have i just would like someone else's opinion.
