Wiki opacity diagnosis for chest xray

Would like feed back on DX code to use for a chest xray finding for "opacity". Reason for exam was "fever". Thanks

I asked my husband (a radiologist) about this and he thought they might have been talking about pneumonia. Is there any mention of that in the report? Hope it helps.
