A longitudinal incision of the dorsal ulnar aspect of the forearm was made. The cyst was involved
with the tendon of the ECRL as well as the dorsal ulnar fascia. I did a partial fasciectomy, elevated
off the tendon and excised the cyst and sent if for pathology. Hemostasis was noted. There was
redundant scar tissue, somewhat of an amorphous appearance of the base but it did not seem
malignant.

I am asking for suggestions please for the CPT and ICD code for this
not really even sure what to use.

Thank you for your suggestion. Just got path and it is stating
Portion of fibrous apparent cyst wall with focal mucinous degeneration and associated adipose tissue, negative for malingancy measuring 15 x 4 x 3 mm.

I am wandering if I can use 25076?

or if anyone has any other suggestions please. I am just not really sure what to use for sure.
