Under procedures performed on op note: "Left ankle arthrotomy with lateral malleolar osteotomy with osteochondritis dessecans lesion repair." He documents the osteotomy and after the cut is made the anterolateral OCD lesion was identified. He debrides down to bleeding subchondral bone and a microfracturing of the OCD lesion was performed. He uses BioCartilage prepared with patient's bone marrow to cover. Then he finishes the osteotomy. Any ideas of codes for this. I only find arthroscope OCD codes.
