Is this unlisted? If so, how would you get this paid? This should be "tendon". The only other scenerio I am looking at is CPT 27380-52 mod? I requested the surgeron to talk to me because I am awaiting on the Op Report I just want to know how this is normally billed. He is stating he did a simple tendon debridement.
