Wiki Open Salter-Harris fractures

How do we code a Salter-Harris IV fracture of a distal tibia that happens to also be a class 3 open fracture. The 7th digit choices do not even mention open fracture. What are our options, if any?

I would probably use S82.391B or S82.392B, other fx of lower end of tibia
