Wiki OPEN SCAR REVISION - KNEE

I need help with the above CPT . The physician will make an incision where prior surgery was and remove scar tissue from the knee. I'm thinking unlisted, 27599, with the comparison code of either 29884 or 27327. Can anyone please help? I need an answer as soon possible.
