A good place to start is the www.ascassociation.org. You could also check out www.beckersasc.com and www.surgistrategies.com. These are all great ASC sites. If you need billing/payment for Medicare go to their website and type in ASC Payment Center and there is a multitude of info on billing. One more would be www.outpatientsurgery.net...this also has info on startups..

Another thought - some states have ambulatory surgery center associations -I would get in touch with your state's, if one exists.
