Hi!
I am new to coding, just earned my cpc-ha. I'm currently working in an opththalmic asc and really need some insight!
Is it appropriate to bill a decadron injection with a pars plana vitrectomy? The cpt codes are 67042 and 67028 with hcpc J1100.

I posted this question on the ophthalmology board with no luck. Any insight is greatly appreciated!
