Would it be appropriate to bill a Consultation (99243) and an Ophthalmological evaluation (92002) for the same visit??

Thanks for any help!
 
How could you meet the requirements for both? How are they meeting the detailed exam for the consult?

I do not think these are appropriate to bill together.
