Opioid treatment program billing for Medicaid

For those doing OTP billing for Medicaid, how do you handle the weekly take-home doses if patient is provided the 2nd batch 2 days early, e.g. 1st batch of weekly take-home dose was given 10/1 and the 2nd batch was given 10/6 instead of 10/8 due to office closure? In the Ohio Behavioral Health manual page 88, it specifically states "If any weekly administration modifier has been billed, the OTP cannot bill H0020 or T1502 again during that time period (1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks)." Essentially, how do you get around the time limitation when the take-home doses are dispensed early?

Thanks in advance for any insight!
