Wiki Oppinion? Coding for stone removal same organ.

I saw this had been posted earlier, but no one really responded. We recieved these attached documents from our adminstrator. I'm wondering what are everyones thoughts on coding for two stone removals in the same kidney, by adding a 59 and a 76. I'm not so sure I think this is right. Anyone else??

I received this article too but I haven't tried billing it yet. However, I do plan on trying it to see if we get paid. My question is, is it only two or can we bill for three and four?
