Hello. Will CMS pay for a status indicator T code with a J1 code if the T code has a 59 modifier? Such as 29880 (J1) and 64447-59 (T). I see some payors not paying the 64447 at all and others paying at 50%. CMS manual Chapter 4 is not clear to me on this. Is the status indicator T code always bundled with the J1 code even with a modifier? Thank you.
