I don't think it does say that anywhere. Isn't OPPS for outpatient facilities??

OPPS is outpatient facility. It stands for Outpatient Prospective Payment System. It does not apply to physician billing.

Exactly! I have an insurance trying to deny a claim based on OPPS guidelines, and it is a PHYSICIAN claim. Just wanted to see if I missed something all these years! Thank you ladies!!!!
