Is there anyone in this group that can Help me with some quetions regarding billing of cataract surgeries to Medicare:(
 
Are you billing the surgeons post op or are you sharing the post op with another doctor?

When billing for the surgeon you have to use 66984 with mod 54. You have to include on the claim form the date of the surgery the assumed date and the date you relinquish the care. This should get you paid.
