My Doctor Uses 66170 For Trabeculectomy And Goes Back To Or For Release Of Sutures To Prevent Adhesions And I Want To Know If We Can Bill 66170 With 58 Modifier For The Second Return To Or. Suture Lysis Is Only Used If There Are Adhesions Present And My Doctor Is Preventing Adhesions. Please Help As I Am New To Opthalmology Thank You
