I work for ophthalmologists. They are looking for a code for foreign body sensation. No foreign body just the sensation of something in the eye. Any ideas??

That is the best I came up with.

I also looked at V41.1 but not really sure that would apply in this case.

I would code the symptoms, did the physician document any pain or itching? anything like that would be where I would go.
