Anyone that is under FSCO Medicare region 3: are you submitting the following coding scenario with positive results??? 92136-TC, 92136-26-50 for bilat IOL measurements instead of 92136-50. I have an article from the Coding Institute that says billing 2 line items as above offers higher reimbursement.
